Black Rose Industries Ltd, a Mumbai-based totally distributor and producer of chemicals, and Japan’s Koei Chemical Company Ltd have initiated a feasibility research for a collaborative venture to produce amine products. Koei Chemical, is majorly owned by using Sumitomo Chemical and is engaged in the manufacturing of legacy products like pyridines and amines, besides ionic liquids.
In a press statement, Black Rose said that it will set up production centers for the amine products using technology and know-how to be supplied by Koei Chemical.
