This is among the largest accession of Crystal, which shall increase its EBITDA through 20% while bolstering its leadership within the rice herbicide marketplace.
The transaction brings the trusted Sunrice trademark and the mixture product holding Ethoxysulfuron, in conjunction with all registrations. Ethoxysulfuron is known for efficiently controlling broad leaved weeds and sedges in rice and cereal plants, making it a key addition to Crystal’s portfolio.
