The Wesseling site is about for a more stable and sustainable future after Röhm declared an long-term agreement ensuring dependable methanol supply for MMA manufacturing.
The move reinforces both operational security and environmental performance at the site.
Evonik and Lülsdorf Functional Solutions GmbH have together carried out a new dedicated pipeline formed to assure persist raw materials availability while improving logistics and reducing the carbon footprint. The pipeline was successfully brought into operation in April 2026.
The venture was evolved to deliver both supply stability and environmental gains, integrating industrial efficiency with long-term resilience.
