Henkel Adhesive Technologies and Dow have expanded their long-term strategic partnership to boost up decarbonization in adhesives production throughout technologies.
As a first step, low-carbon feedstocks and renewable electricity will be released into Henkel´s hot melt adhesive manufacturing approaches contributing to a product carbon footprint reduction between 20 and 40% relying at the individual product line.
This effort will assist Henkel’s target on SBTi relevant carbon-emission reduction beginning within the hot melt portfolio serving the packaging and clients goods adhesives industry.
