Technip Energies Gets Contract For Naphtha Cracking Unit

Technip Energies has been provided a significant agreement using Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for the license, basic engineering design package, proprietary system and catalyst delivery, and related services for the 1.5-MMtpy Paradip naphtha cracker unit (PDNCU) block of the grassroot petrochemical complicated in Paradip, India.

The petrochemical complicated will be included in the existing 15-MMtpy refinery and might be one in all 4 proposed Petroleum, Chemicals & Petrochemical Investment Regions in India. The petrochemical complex shall consist of an international-scale cracker unit alongside downstream process devices generating numerous petrochemical products.

In addition to the naphtha cracker technology, Technip Energies will offer key proprietary gadgets, along with proprietary separation tray technology Ripple Tray™ and catalyst.
