ADNOC is integrating AI throughout its price chain to improve safety, reduce emissions and maximize price
ADNOC introduced the deployment of AIQ’s Advanced Reservoir 360 (AR360) solution on more than 30 reservoirs throughout ADNOC’s upstream operations, following the answer’s a hit preliminary deployment in early 2024 on ADNOC reservoirs at Bab and Umm Shaif fields.
Developed via AIQ with SLB as part of ENERGYai, ADNOC’s synthetic intelligence and digital technology strategy, AR360 uses synthetic intelligence (AI) and system mastering technologies to improve reservoir management and optimize area improvement planning.
Abdulmunim Saif Al Kindy, ADNOC Upstream Executive Director, said: “The integration of AR360 throughout more of our reservoirs is a testament to our achievement in harnessing AI and superior technologies to release more cost from our natural resources. Building on decades of investment in innovation and technology, we will hold to accelerate the deployment of AI answers from the manage room to the boardroom as we responsibly meet the growing global strength demand.”
AR360 reduces making plans time while increasing properly life and recovery costs via ensuring the right balance among drilling new wells, boosting performance of current wells and optimizing injection and production volumes.
Magzhan Kenesbai, Acting Managing Director of AIQ stated: “The extended deployment of AR360 with the aid of ADNOC is an crucial endorsement of our technology and reinforces the emergence of AIQ as a developing worldwide AI supplier for the electricity area. We are committed to retain driving more operational efficiencies across the whole power price chain, and in upstream operations mainly, and release greater price for the industry.”
While conventional forecasting technology require running throughout more than one software program structures and statistics sets, which can be time-ingesting, AR360 integrates the whole lot on a single platform and utilizes AI to keep time and enable higher and extra proactive choice-making.
ADNOC has thus far deployed greater than 30 AI tools from the control room to the board room to enhance safety, lessen emissions, optimize efficiency and maximize value.
