TCL Specialties USA (TCL USA), a fully owned subsidiary of Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd India (TCL India), is growing in advance on its petrochemical and excellent chemical substances/food ingredients plants being constructed in West Virginia, USA. TCL India provides its latest personalized hi-performance, low funding technology along with the design, engineering & construction control for this venture. A main part of the venture is modular plants constructed through TCL Technology & Engineering (TCL-TE), a division of TCL India, which specializes in the design, supply and production of ‘ready to startup’ modular system plants and skids.

Full merging of the two units of the plants permits the ability to provide and use 90% of the Energy needed (electricity and steam) from waste heat, decreasing emissions drastically. Engineering, US site accession and supplies had been initially schedule as delay through the pandemic and the effect of the Ukraine war and Middle East Crisis.

As of January 2025, over 99% of the meeting and production of the plant modules at TCL-TE has been completed.
