TCL Specialties USA (TCL USA), a fully owned subsidiary of Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd India (TCL India), is growing in advance on its petrochemical and excellent chemical substances/food ingredients plants being constructed in West Virginia, USA. Full merging of the two units of the plants permits the ability to provide and use 90% of the Energy needed (electricity and steam) from waste heat, decreasing emissions drastically.
