A ‘Kisan Goshthi’ organized by using the Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture is held here nowadays.
The event, held beneath the Chairmanship of Arvinder Singh Reen, Director AP & FWD, Jammu, and Controller of Fertilizers J&K (UT), Sukhpal Singh Sidhu, State Marketing Manager, IFFCO J&K was the visitor of honor.

Pouni Chak has been distinctive as an IFFCO Nano Model Village, where farmers can be provided with a 25% subsidy available on the market rate of Nano Urea Plus, Nano DAP, and Sagarika fertilizers.
