The bye products of pigment plant might be utilized in production fertilizers at the new facility

Kesar Petroproducts Ltd declared that it had began trial manufacturing at its new fertilizer plant at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra. The plant with an yearly capacity of 6,000 tons, will produce excessive-end fertilizers.

Commercial production at the unit is also possible to start shortly. The bye products of pigment plant can be utilized in production fertilizers at the new facility, which will improve pigment potential in present plant as properly.

“We are starting up the water trials at our fertilizer unit at Ratnagiri and we are hopeful of beginning the commercial production shortly. We anticipate this on this invasion into fertilizer industry to provide a significant enhancement to our topline moving forward. We were making an investment on state of the art production products and new age technology to often establish and come up with products to fulfill the demands of our customers and also to boost our margin on sales. We are assured this new unit will assist similarly reinforce our position in the industry,” Dinesh Shankarlal Sharma, MD & CEO, Kesar Petroproducts said.

Kesar Petroproducts now produces near 600 tons per month of Copper Phthalocyanine Blue Crude, 150 tons per month of Alpha Blue, and 250 tons per month of Beta Blue. With this increase in fertiliser capacity the production would possible to move as much as 900 tons per month of Copper Phthalocyanine Blue Crude, 200 tons per month of Alpha blue, 300 tons per month of Beta Blue. The colourants created are used for a wide scale of industries and clients such as printing inks, paints and coatings, plastics, paper, ceramics, textiles, glass, food and cosmetics.
