Huntsman enlarge amines manufacturing capacity for semiconductor industry

The new E-GRADE unit will bolster Huntsman’s portfolio by way of supplying high-purity, low-trace metal amines, consisting of quaternary amines and amine oxides, crucial for semiconductor chip production.

Huntsman, a global producer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals, declares that its Performance Products division has enlarge its manufacturing site in Conroe, Texas to better serve the developing needs of its global customers in the semiconductor industry.

The new E-GRADE unit will bolster Huntsman’s portfolio by offering high-purity, low-trace metal amines, such as quaternary amines and amine oxides, important for semiconductor chip production. Huntsman’s dedication to safety, satisfactory, reliability, and production excellence will help make sure a regular manufacturing process – from blending, purification through packaging.
