Anupam Rasayan India, a main supplier of custom synthesis and specialty chemicals, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Elementium Materials, a US primarily based Battery Electrolyte enterprise, for the deliver of chemicals in an involved electrolyte vital for electric vehicle (EV) batteries.

Upon successful product development, the enterprise will negotiate a deliver agreement for five years with gradual sales ranging among $350 to $450 mn.
