Dow will debut a broader portfolio of skin and skin, hair and color cosmetics, and launch its first low carbon silicone elastomer blends below the Decarbia reduced carbon platform. The enterprise’s newest product providing consists of focused products for conditioning and deposition aid, styling, cleanser, film formers for color cosmetics and sun care applications – empowering formulators to create high-performing consumer loved products.
Dow will also reveal inspiring prototypes beneath the theme ‘From Shower to Sensational’, designed to raise everyday routines into easy self-care experiences. Complementing that is the release of the “ProtecTress 2.0 program”, focusing on effective hair heat safety options.
