The N-Methyl Morpholine (NMM )plant with a potential of 15 MT/Day is under implementation at Unit IV

Balaji Amines is suggested to install a plant for production of N-(N-Butyl) Thiophosphoric Triamide (NBPT) with a capability of 2500 TPA in an effort to be taken up next Financial Year. The enterprise is likewise suggested to install an ACN plant with a capability of 60 MT/Day at Unit-III MIDC, Chincholi. The venture is beneath detailed engineering and ordering of crucial and long transport equipment are in procedure and the plant is predicted to be commissioned all through the FY 2025-26.

The N-Methyl Morpholine (NMM )plant with a potential of 15 MT/Day is beneath implementation at Unit IV. The precise engineering is within the final stage and most of the equipment is ordered. The civil works are in procedure. The plant is predicted to be commissioned in the next Financial Year.

The enterprise is altering the existing Ethyl Amines plant at Unit-I appropriate to produce Iso Propyl Amines (MIPA/DIPA). The potential of the plant can be around 20 to 21 Tons consistent with day. Most of the existing equipment of the Ethyl Amines plant will be used. The plant is likely to be commissioned earlier than June 2025.

“We are adding additional equipment to be combined within the present DMC/PG plant. Most of this equipment was obtained at site and the plant is probably to be commissioned via the end of March 2025. Moreover, we are adding extra equipment to the prevailing DMC/PG plant. Currently the enterprise is generating technical and ultra-pure grades and after adding these extra equipment, the plant can manufacture IP/USP/BP/EP grades of PG. This is possibly to be commissioned by end of March 2025,” the enterprise stated in a release.

Balaji’s di methyl ether is below construction and likely to be commissioned by the end of first quarter of next Financial Year 2025-26.

The enterprise has prevailed required approvals for putting in place a Greenfield Solar Power plant with 20 MW ability close to MIDC, Chincholi, Maharashtra. In the primary stage the company is putting in place an 8 MW DC (6 MW AC) solar power plant and the same is anticipated to be commissioned on this Financial Year. This will decrease the power bills of all the plants substantially consistent with our commitment of Carbon emission reduction under ESG declarations.

All the above ventures are probably to be finished by way of the use of internal accruals.

Investment might be made for huge range of products, such as Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN), Sodium Cyanide (NaCN) 30% (Solution), Sodium Cyanide (NaCN) 100% (Solid), Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid (EDTA), Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid Disodium Salt (EDTA-2Na), Benzyl Cyanide (BnCN), Phenylacetic Acid (PAA), and Tri Ethyl Ortho Formate (TEOF) / Tri Methyl Ortho Formate (TMOF).

Particularly, the Industries, Energy, and Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra, has granted Mega venture status to our Expansion venture for Balaji Speciality Chemicals beneath the Packaged Scheme of Incentives (PSI), 2019, with a proposed funding of Rs. 750 Crores in a phased manner.
